Europes Iso-Trope "The Ercoupe"

In the mid 30s European aircraft manufacturers like ERCO, who made the Ercoupe, we trying to define their own culture. As you know most European things like cars trains and planes are drawn and designed differently Right?.

"The ERCO Ercoupe is an American low-wing monoplane aircraft that was first flown in 1937. It was first manufactured by the Engineering and Research Corporation (ERCO) shortly before World War II; several other manufacturers continued its production after the war.-Wikipedia

In general, the ercoupe was made for just one pilot, it's rare to think that a plane could just have one user. There are many kit planes nowadays that offer just one place to sit as well. While most contemporary GA planes have 4 or 5 seats to accommodate passengers.

The Wikipedia article mentions that 4,311, were made. Most im sure are still in UK/EU area but there have been some sightings of some in Canada here and there..

I think this is a number one aircraft on my list of almost forgotten aircraft. It does get talked about and people love it and it's great that it doesn't have any look alike aircraft just like the previous post,
